- About the Role
IndoAdvisors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Accountant to lead accounting, taxation, compliance, and CFO advisory engagements for domestic and international clients. The role involves managing complex financial operations, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality advisory services to businesses across multiple geographies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance engagements
- Manage financial statements, MIS reporting, and cash flow analysis
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
- Handle international accounting and cross-border advisory requirements
- Support CFO services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
- Review work of junior accountants and provide technical guidance
- Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics
- Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in accounting standards and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of international accounting practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Additional certifications or exposure to international accounting preferred
